Dr. Vincenzo Ferragina works as sole director and legal representative with KON CAPITAL MARKET S.r.l. Graduated in Economics with the final result of 110/110, entered on the Chartered Accountant List (2001), entered on the Auditor List (1999), Dr. Vincenzo Ferragina is nowadays a partner of KON S.pa., a company specialized in directional and management consulting service concerning ordinary and extraordinary transactions with seats in Florence and Rome.
Besides cooperating with University of Florence  he spent a training period at IPAG ( Instiut de Préparation à l’Admistration et à la Gestion) in PARIS.
He taught marketing, international marketing, finance, business management, pricing & costing, business strategy at Economics Faculty of University of Florence, at Organizations and Institutes (Industry associations of the Tuscan Provinces, Chambers of Commerce of the Provinces of Tuscany, Assefor, Siderfor, Polimoda, Institute for Tourism of Empoli and Florence).
He worked as consultant with Spinelli & Associati S.rl. ( especially being involved in directional consulting service for small-middle firms, specialized in Marketing, Business Management, Management Control and M&A) in the Service Line “Corporate Finance – Strategic Advisory Services” of Ernst & Young  Financial Advisors ( specialized in business strategy, portfolio, marketing, e-business, Business Management, Turnaround, CRM, Business Plan, M&A, Transaction. He’s project manager for several projects).
He cooperated with Ernst & Young International’s taxation law corresponding office (working on national and international taxation problem solving, Holding taxation, corporate law, marketing and euro-planning, start-up, Financial Ratios Analysis, Business Plan, M&A, business riorganizations).
He worked as Export Manager with MP S.p.a.
He conducted market researches for Manchester Business School and collaborated with PromoFi ( Corporate special C.C.I.A.A.) in writing articles about  entrepreneurship and small-middle firms’ internationalization in Florentine area.

Dr. Ferragina been involved in assisting the development of strategic guidelines and the redefinition of the supply system and the organizational structure and information system, developing the Business Plan in the development of business plans and seeking investment funds interested in supporting the implementation of business strategies in various fields ranging from agro-food sector ICT.
